nicely done, anyway, romen, is the recent a/c problem solved?
agrrah, it's been 4months, and my hands is rotting up with rust, i've been doing some drafting on papers and autocad, couldn't come out with some real good stuff, only real cool aluminum bonnet hook mount, reinforced front brace, and lower radiator mount.
i'm trying to engage with a project, need to complete by Dec this year(there is 50% chances i might be going overseas) got 2 things i have in mind,
project 1NZ-FE, 1.5L vios automatic engine, plans is to install and tune it to run super lean at least 88hp(on wheel) and runs 600km with 40L or turbocharge the current one, boost at 0.4, small turbine, more flow, plan to get the 480km mileage too.
hope to get some suggestion..
use 1NZ-FE with either supercharge it or turbocharge it

Shi Fu Xarrax!! Go for the vios! but it'll cost a bomb, and u wont get to drive it long, LOL tkytky, i support the idea Darren, dei u in KL but never call for yum cha; i wanna sit ur turbo colt babymelon, serene; if its turbocharged, it wont save fuel xarrax seems to wanna make an IDSI killer liddat 700km per full tank, possible? power wise, wats not to like about a 1.5 litre car with a reasonable boost turbo

well it's a project.. i've did a few research.. it's going to take at least 3-4 months to complete the project. yet to include the tuning, adjustments, racing, crashing, blowing, repairing... so....i'm thinking twice..

wow... but i would like a k3ve bolt on, low boost, better fc, low maintenance kind and more to fc but not power though a nice blow off valve would make things much nicer.

i'm doing a experimental semi-remote turbo.. because of the super huge ar.78 exhaust housing, i'm mounting it down under.. no idea how will it turn out

LOLz, this thread has been missing updates for a looooong time :p Well, the past few mods i've done were not for performance; mostly for handling as well as maintenance 1. Put xarrax's vtec EG brakes into my car more details here:- http://myvi.com.my/forum/index.php?topic=5479.msg291639#msg2916392. Serviced the car with better oils used Mobil1 fully syn 0w30 more details here:- http://myvi.com.my/forum/index.php?topic=661.msg291645#msg2916453. Replaced my timing belt Did it @ Jetson Auto, Tmn Melawati.. costed me RM250 4. Titans Adjustable Suspension!! Now this mod i'm very VERY happy with more details here:- http://myvi.com.my/forum/index.php?topic=10369.05. Rebelted the SC, again A month ago, the i got Jetson Auto to rebelt the SC unit for me, by going around the ball bearing Last i checked, the belt had actually started breaking apart again, due to the belt not designed to be wrapped outwards So I took off the belt, and put on a shorter belt, this time following xarrax's original path properly
