technically it doesnt require jpj endorsement as its just a Bolt On, not a engine change
displacement (engine cc) was not increased, so should not be a problem

but of course, if JPJ wanna kacau, they can even say your ride is too lowered or your stock Saga LMST's exhaust is too loud, right? Wink

Ball Bearing
Now this is an extremely important mod.. My boost was dropping as the RPM rose, this was due to the V-belt slipping
This ball bearing then helped push more of the belt against the supercharger pulley, reducing slippage Very Happy
It helped the car continuously push full boost at any rpm, and on the dyno it helped around 17hp! Shows how something relatively "simple" can impact the car's performance so much  Laughing

New Steel Pulley
After the ball bearing was in, I noticed the belt still slipped at 4-5k rpm
And the problem progressively got worse, so it's pretty obvious the aluminium SC pulley was wearing out..

I replaced it with a steel pulley, this baby is tough as nails and will definitely outlast the SC blower itself Very Happy

To see how much wore out, check the pics from above. The v belt rests "inside" the pulley on the photos above (which is wrong, and slips!). On the new pulley, the belt rests "on" the pulley Smile

Front Mount I/C
I bought an Eterna intercooler, and thought of doing a front mount, but the lost of boost made it impossible

Merc Fuel pump
Here's bro xarrax again Very Happy
Due to the insufficient fuel pressure, the engine would still detonate at high rpms..
We tried this Merc fuel pump, but the results were the same..

New hoodscoop to help cool the top mounted intercooler Very Happy

Future IC location
Here's a starlet intercooler that Xarrax got.. Will pasang it into the car in the future.. broke now  Razz

Teh Tarik Gearbox Oil!
I went to change my gearbox oil last weekend, and this was what that drained out o.O
Guess must have drove through muddy water
Luckily I changed it, else entering HPC with this would be horrible

Walbro Fuel Pump
Finally! This HP (high pressure) pump solved all my detonation problems at high rpm due to insufficient fueling!
Car now pulls beautifully to 6.5k rpm.. Have not tested higher yet Smile

Dyno Tuning @ D'Tuning, Bdr Sri Damansara
These guys know their stuff, and I like it that the boss Ah Soon is a very down to earth fella, willing to teach and share Smile
Sometimes their prices are steep, but they get the job done properly, nothing half past six
I had bad experience with GT-Auto who did my wiring for e-manage;
After pasang he never test, when i brought to D'Tuning then Ah Soon tells me that the RPM wire is not tapped, and the TPS is wrongly tapped

The Dynojet machine Smile
